graderai is designed to help educators manage grading workflows while protecting student and classroom data. We collect only the information required to provide the service, such as account details, classroom configuration, and assignment content that you explicitly upload.

Uploaded materials are processed to generate rubrics, feedback, and grading insights. We limit access to authorized systems and personnel, encrypt data in transit, and retain information only as long as needed to operate the product and satisfy legal obligations.

If your institution has data residency, retention, or deletion requirements, contact your administrator before uploading student work. You can also review your account settings from the application dashboard after signing in.
